The Gabriel Revelation Stone

The Stone has been associated with the same Essene community that created the Dead Sea Scrolls. The Stone was purchased by Dr. David Jeselsohn, an avid Swiss-Israeli collector. It was only in 2007 that the significance of the three-foot [0.9 m], 87-line, [piece of] sandstone was realized. An Israeli scholar and world authority on ancient Semitic languages, Dr. Ada Yardeni, was invited to examine the Stone. Dr. Yardeni said that the writing was very similar to that of the Dead Sea Scrolls, thus interest in the Stone was revived.
