Stories from Our Community

A heartfelt thank you to Bridges for Peace—an organization that demonstrates love in tangible ways, not only through its inspiring projects but also through the warmth and integrity of its team. It’s been an honor to work alongside the Bridges for Peace team for the past eight years. I’m deeply grateful for all the support, knowledge, and kindness you’ve poured into me and our family during that time.

It's been such a pleasure and a privilege to partner with you all in this Israel assignment that God has chosen us for. I thank you for your grace, for your friendship, and for the blessing that you are to me. I'm blessed to have worked with such kind and anointed people. I will always have a connection to Bridges for Peace through the Canadian office. May the Lord bless you and keep you; may He make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may He lift up His countenance upon you and grant you His shalom.

I can’t describe the value and richness of being on the ground in Israel, of holding my Bible with a group of friends and fellow volunteers, reading a Bible passage in the place where it happened. Israel wasn’t much on my radar before God called me to volunteer there, but now it is under my skin and stamped on my heart. Getting to volunteer in Jerusalem with Bridges for Peace, side by side with volunteers from around the world who come with different cultures, languages, perspectives and viewpoints to form a family and work together to bless Israel and its people was such a privilege.
