Prayer Focus
Pray for Prime Minister Netanyahu and his cabinet as they make decisions that will have a profound effect on the history of the world. Beseech the Lord for the wisdom, courage and resolve for them to carry out whatever plans are necessary to defeat evil and rid the region of Hamas and other terrorist organizations.

Scripture

But now thus says the LORD, He who created you, O Jacob, He who formed you, O Israel: “Fear not for I have redeemed you, I have called you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior.

Prayer Focus
Ask the Lord to do whatever is necessary to bring an end to the International Criminal Court’s attempts to issue arrest warrants for Israeli leaders. Pray that Western nations will recognize the blatant illegality of such actions and “stand up to this legal perversion, which threatens to do untold damage to global security.”

Scripture

No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgement. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me, declares the LORD.

Prayer Focus
Praise the Lord that Jewish people around the world are answering God’s call to return to their ancient homeland in increasing numbers despite the war with Hamas. Pray for the protection of these new Israeli citizens and for their quick and easy assimilation into Israeli society as their presence in the Land sends a clear message to Israel’s enemies.

Fear not, for I am with you; I will bring your descendants from the east and gather you from the west; I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ and to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, and My daughters from the ends of the earth— everyone who is called by My name, whom I have created for My glory.

Prayer Focus
Cry out to the Lord for college campuses around the world that have become breeding grounds for Jew hatred and vile anti-Semitic acts that threaten the safety of Jewish students. Pray that the current wave of pro-Palestinian encampments will be brought under control and those responsible held accountable. Also pray that college leadership and faculty who promote such hatred will be punished for using their positions to indoctrinate rather than educate.

You destroy those who speak lies; the LORD abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

Prayer Focus
Pray for an agreement that will secure the release of the hostages and for their safe return to their homes and families. But pray also that Israel will not be pressured into any agreement that allows Hamas to continue to exist.

Oh, save your people and bless your heritage! Be their shepherd and carry them forever.

Prayer Focus
Pray for the thousands of Israelis from both the north and the south who have been evacuated from their homes and are living as refugees in their own country. Ask the Lord to give them peace, to bring them comfort, to meet all of their physical and emotional needs and to make His presence very real to each of them. Cry out to the Lord for strategies that will ensure Israel’s success in ending the conflict on their northern border once and for all.

O God, do not keep silence; do not hold your peace or be still, O God! For behold, your enemies make an uproar; those who hate you have raised their heads. They lay crafty plans against your people; they consult together against your treasured ones. They say, “Come, let us wipe them out as a nation;  let the name of Israel be remembered no more!”

Prayer Focus
Pray that this, yet another anti-Semitic outrage on the part of the UN, will not come to fruition but will receive vehement and passionate pushback from member nations. Pray that all inaccuracies in Virginia Gamba’s report will be corrected and the information reported will actually be sound and truthful. As the potential emerges for Israel to be listed among the most violent and despicable terrorist organizations on the face of the earth, pray that the Lord will keep the unthinkable from happening.

Consider how many are my foes, and with what violent hatred they hate me. Oh, guard my soul, and deliver me! Let me not be put to shame, for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness preserve me, for I wait for you.
